2. Our Services

AuraXPro provides professional full-stack development and digital solutions, including:

  • 3D and interactive web experiences
  • Website maintenance and optimization
  • Technical consulting and strategy

Each project includes a clearly defined Statement of Work (SOW) that outlines deliverables, pricing, timelines, and specific terms.

3. Project Terms

3.1 Scope & Deliverables

The scope, timeline, and deliverables are defined in the SOW or project proposal. Any additional work outside the agreed scope will be estimated and approved before implementation.

3.2 Payment Terms

We offer multiple flexible payment structures to fit your project type:

Fixed-Price Projects

  • Typically billed 50% upfront and 50% upon completion and approval
  • Payment schedules may be adjusted depending on project size or complexity

Milestone-Based Projects

  • Projects divided into defined milestones or phases (e.g., Design, Development, Testing, Launch)
  • Each milestone has its own deliverables and payment due upon approval
  • Progress to the next milestone begins after the previous payment is received

Hourly / Time-Based Projects

  • Billed weekly or bi-weekly based on logged hours
  • Time tracking is transparent and available for client review

General Terms

  • Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may pause ongoing work and may incur reasonable fees
  • All payments are non-refundable for completed and approved work

3.3 Revisions

We include minor revisions to ensure satisfaction and quality alignment. Major scope changes or redesigns may require a new quote or milestone adjustment.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

Upon full payment:

  • You own all custom code, designs, and content created for your project.
  • AuraXPro retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, or libraries used to build your solution.

4.2 Third-Party Components

We may integrate licensed or open-source software as part of the solution. These components remain under their original licenses, and we'll notify you of any relevant conditions.

4.3 Portfolio Rights

We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your confidentiality. All shared business, technical, or personal information remains private and will not be disclosed without written consent — except when required by law.

6. Limitation of Liability

AuraXPro's liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as revenue loss, data loss, or downtime resulting from third-party tools or hosting services.

7. Acceptable Website Use

  • Upload or distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems
  • Interfere with the performance or security of the site
  • Copy or reuse AuraXPro's intellectual property without permission

8. Consultations & Bookings

When scheduling a consultation through our site:

  • You agree to the use of Google Calendar for scheduling and meeting links.
  • Please give at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
  • Consultations do not constitute a binding project agreement until confirmed in writing.

9. Termination

Either party may end a project with written notice.

Upon termination:

  • Payment is required for all completed or approved milestones.
  • Work-in-progress will be delivered in its current state.
  • Confidentiality clauses remain in effect.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where AuraXPro operates. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings.
